Westfield — more massive favors for the rich
Chris Cheever has received massive favors from municipal officials, and he’s getting a new batch now. Board of Selectmen, among others. His properties are apparently worth millions less than when he bought them, even though he has added houses. He’s a Founder and Partner of Frontinalis, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Dedham Country Day School.

He has divided his property illegally, recorded all kinds of shady transactions, etc. We’ve paid for the labor for all kinds of favors. We’re subsidizing his properties.
We are going to pay for his sewer and driveway, because that’s the vehicle for kickbacks (bribes).
